Wheels of Freedom provides carriage and wagon driving training for our clients with special needs, many of whom are disabled war veterans on referral from local military or veteran's hospitals.  Participants learn how to groom, harness and manage their horse and how to drive the horse in a disabled-assisted wagon or carriage.
